How the video identification call works

To become a Raisin Bank customer you must first complete a quick call with one of your ID agents so we can verify your identity. Take a look below to see how it works.

You will need the following to complete the ID call:

 

→The Raisin Bank App

→ Your mobile phone

→ Your passport.

→ A stable internet connection

Simply download the Raisin Bank App from your app store.

Login and click ‘Start identification’. You will need to enter the unique we send you code in the Raisin Bank App to get access the ID call.

One of our agents will guide you through the process from here.

Yes, there are a few things you should keep in mind before starting the call.

Choose a well lit room with a stable internet connection and ensure you won’t be disturbed by anyone.

Our agents will not be able to complete the ID process if there is any background noise or if anyone else enters the video during the call.
